Julia de Montforte attended Liceo Scientifico in Cuneo Italy and The Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma.  She holds a graduate degree in Building Conservation. For several years she practiced architecture in Hawaii and New Zealand before taking a position as a director of property development with an international property consultancy where she was responsible for the Asia region.  She has lived and worked in America, Italy, United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Taiwan and the Middle East.
